In the midst of planning a wedding or big event? With so many things to consider, we're here to help make the print and design side of things something to enjoy and get excited about. From the initial Save The Dates and Invitations, your Event Stationery sets the tone for your celebration and builds anticipation - our experienced team are available throughout to help advise you on the best products to fit your budget and schedule.
We're able to print everything you might require in the lead-up, to on the day and the customary Thank You Cards following your event. We can keep your design on file and use/adapt it across the print order, it will be same team working on your printed Place Names through to Event Display Signage - design and print consistency is guaranteed.
We've highlighted suggested products for each stage below, but if you're organising a May Ball or corporate event, you may want to have a look at the designated section for some additional ideas.
Print finishes available:
We have options to suit all signage and display requirements on the day, but we find our most complex enquiries are about print possibilities for stationery. However ambitious your vision, we're likely to be able to help as we have a range of card stocks and premium finishes (including foiling), to print a truly memorable stationery suite.
We will make your vision a reality, sometimes with a little tweaking for timescales and budgets, but that's where our expertise come in. For instance, if foiling was the dream but it's beyond your budget, we have an in-store printer (the only in Cambridge) with the ability to print white, clear and metallic inks digitally; unlike traditional methods, this is a fast and much more economic option for producing similarly beautiful results. We will find solutions to ensure your stationery dazzles. As with all things print, you can always choose to print in the most economic way possible (standard sizes, regular card stock etc), but if you want more it is possible. Along with our premium digital inks, we offer foiling, die-cutting, custom sizes and fold options along with a range of paper choices including kraft & luxury 'Conqueror'. Our full design service is an option, but we can also help with file set up for specialist finishes and run a data merge for printing envelopes and place names. Unlike our online competitors, we're open for store visits to help with your planning, viewing options and finishes as well as picking up printed proofs - yes, we're happy to do this as we want you to be over the moon with the finished results!
Before the Day

At the start of your stationery journey, it's time to lock down your suite's style and paper choices. Not sure what colour or card stock to go for? No problem, pop into the store and we can show you the options.
Invites are more than likely are your checklist but you might also be considering Save the Date cards, RSVPs, Envelopes and for the perfectly styled seal - custom stickers. We can print all of these.
If you have a design file ready to print (be sure to make it a PDF), transfer it over and we can print the order or run some proofs for you. On the Day

On the day of your event, our printed Boards are great to use for welcome signs, order of events, seating plans and even directional signage (they can be waterproof).
Along with the bigger print items, you may also be considering a printed Order of Service and a coordinated table range: Place Cards, Table Numbers and Menus.
After the Day

The final print hoorah in your stationery suite - the thank you card! Enjoy using your design style for the last time with our range of printed cards - as with your invites, the same print options are available. This time around, you may wish to include a photograph from the day as a memento for guests.
May Balls & Corporate Events

Whether you're planning the college May Ball or your work's next seasonal party, we can help with all of the print and design requirements no matter the size of the celebration.
Organising an event is likely to include all of the usual print items as a wedding or family party (invites etc), but with a few extra products to consider too:
• If you're publicising the event Flyers, Banners and Posters may be needed along with Tickets and event Programmes.
• On the day of the event, Flags can help attendees find the entrance and key locations, while a printed map should, hopefully, ensure nobody gets lost! Our waterproof Foamex Boards are a great choice for signage and display as they are lightweight and durable, but consider Pull Up Banners too, as they create immediate impact and are ideal for events due to their easy set up.
